can you get cystitis from a car crash !

yes i know it seems like a stupid question. i was a rear passenger in a head on collision on friday - appx 50mph -had my seat belt on and was v lucky. i have extensive bruising across my chest ribs and stomach, i have also noticed in the last 24 hours that i seem to have cystitis, is is posible that the bruising across my lower stomach, also indicates internal bruising maybe on the urethra and bladder ?

Yes, quite possible.. If it doesn't clear up in a day or two, go & see your GP.
