Ehllo all, I have decided to do the kelloggs diet for the next two weeks, and am doing it with crunchy nut cornflakes. allegedly i am supposed to lose up to six pounds and drop a jean size but i've just read the ingredients and it's so full of sugar - how is this going to work or have i been sucked in??
Thanks TK - am bored already and only been doing it today!! did you lose mch if you don;t mind me asking - and did you do it religiously for the two weeks?? am dyig for a maccy d's!! i only want to lose a tiny bit so my trousers are more comfortable...
Hi Becks. It was my Sister that did it and, yeah she did it religiously otherwise it won't work. Don't forget to have a good balanced meal in the evening though. She lost enough to get into her new jeans anyway! not sure on the amount of weight she lost though sorry. She is on weightwatchers now which is great - I can't praise that enough because you can eat McDonalds and anything else you want ;o) She has already lost a stone on that in about 8 weeks!
Oooh really!! don't want to lose that much (might look ill!) but might give it a look - is it the points thing?? well thanks for the advice anyway TK, will stick with this for the two weeks and if i haven't lost enough by then will switch xx
There's nothing special about the kellog's diet other than making you cut down calories by making you stay aware of what you are eating. I would be amazed if you don't feel hungry and bored very quickly. You could stick to same amount of calories but vary your diet a bit.
