Where did you meet the other half then?

I was listening to the radio this morning and the presenter commented to another presenter about where did people meet there other half.

He went on to say that if no one worked or no one drank {alcohol} we would all be single, so they decided on a phone in to find out where people met other than the two instances giving above.

The best one on the radio so far is a woman had a man come and see her about getting a divorce, and she married him a year later.

She was a lawyer by the way.

For the record, i met my other half on a holiday romance in a bar in tenerife

We were set up on a kind of blind date by friends, we had gone out for a meal for one of their birthdays.

In a small town where I live I know most people anyway so had known mine for a while, then he ended up at a mates house when I was there so I got his number and text him saying I quite fancy you do you want to meet up. That was about 5 years ago we started going out then a week later he dumped me. then last year he realosed what a mistake he'd made and after a year of wooing me back I finally gave in. :-)

I met my partner in the school playground.lol. He was a single father of a child who attended the same school as my daughters(I was a single mum). I fancied him but didn't know how to approach him so when I found out he was manager of the local video rental shop I joined up and dropped heavy hints about my marital status. I met my ex husband when i was 12 in my friends house,

I met my partner now of 2 years on parents already web site!!! i never ever thought i would EVER go on a dating website, or EVEN paying the �15 subscribtion but i was bored and wanted other parents to talk to.

My new man messaged me one day as he see i lived near him and the rest is history!!!
