light therapy

can anyone tell me where i can get the red therapy light from...i had a treatment of it at the local beauty centre (i was given a voucher for my birthday) my skin felt fantastic after the course...but the courses are so expensive i thought it would be cheaper in the long run if i bought one of my own...my friend has got the blue light therapy for her daughters acne...but i cannot seem to find the red one.....any ideas or websites i could visit....cheers
