Normally Masturbation DOES "affect a man's ability to become erect". It Normally causes it!
It is also a common cause of the generatio of a sort of white goo! After this event, which is often accompanied by muffled yelps and a search for the tissue box, further masturbation has much less affect on a man's ability to become erect. It Normally fails!
