Boy'f can't keep anything down (or up!) but is starving hungry - should he eat and change bringing it up again even though the heaving is giving him a pounding headache or just try and stay away from food. Know to give him lots of water so he doesn't get dehydrated but not sure what to do about food? He's feeling very lathergic and fed up!
