Hi , I have been told by my GP that they want me to see a dietician about my weight . Have any of you been to one and can give me any idea what they ask as I haven't a clue. ? :-) xxx

Annie , thankyou , I never thought of that , certain foods that may affect certain conditions. Oh btw , me knowing which underwear I was wearing was in case the questions were so plentiful that I would need to know the colour :-)

Hi bigmamma, you should be weemamma lol like I am weeal.
I am now around 50kg and 5'3" and still feel underweight. I went to a dietician when I was around 44kg and had to write everything out, what I ate/drank all my exercise etc for a fortnight. At the time I was karate training around 4 times a week so was burning it off right away. I was consuming around 3500 calories per day and it was varied and healthy, she was pleased it included milk n yoghurt etc.
The only suggestion the dietician could come up with was "could you maybe eat an extra roll with butter each day?" No use to me whatsoever.
Ive put on weight now by being a couch potato and eating loads of take-aways lol
