on bbc news ive just been watching about the archive of the dead from the nazi death camps.
even lists of how many lice found on inmates. and on april 20th 1942 they executed a prisoner every 2 minutes to celebrate hitlers birthday. its shocking.
i wonder what nick griffin of the bnp thinks of that? seeing as he says the holocaust never happened.
the archives have been stored for 60 years but are being digitised to upload to the internet.
can victims families ever really forgive the evils done by the nazis i wonder?

I agree you are a rambling drunken imbecile, but that is beside the point.

I am not a huge fan of the BNP, but I know my politics. They are not Holocaust derniers, and never have been. In fact there is a Jewish candiate in their ranks. What they are, are staunch anti-Zionists, which if you understood basic politics would realise this is far from anti-semitism or refusing to accept the Holocaust.

Yes, as you say, these archives are shocking - but many of us know enough about what happened from what is already available. Who exactly will be looking at these archives? I should think most historians have all the info they need. Many ghoulish and unhealthily curious people will be looking them up, just as many have looked up the pictures of piles of corpses in the death camps and read about brutal medical experiments.

Knowing, believing, seeing evidence occasionally is enough to keep the events unforgotten. Its not that seeing the evidence has prevented mass human anihilation since has it (Cambodia etc) nor will it in the future.

Most who doubt the holocaust actually doubt the numbers involved not its existence. I doubt these archives will change many if any minds.

Those who perished so horrifically should have the details of what happened to them kept controlled. Awareness yes, but we should keep their dignity too.
