How long has it been on?

You can try tooth paste with a nail brush or if you want to splash out and it hasn't been on for too long, then you can buy St. Tropez's Self Tan Remover.

4getmenot is right, try a lemon. you could dab it in salt for a bit of exfoliation, or get an exfoliating mit & soak then rub.
