Alchohol in bloodstream

A man I work with says he drinks a bottle of red wine each evening after he has had his meal. After a nights sleep and no breakfast he starts his journey to work around 8am. I reckon if he was breathalysed on his journey it would give a positive reading. Others in the office say no. What do you think?

No I think its an hour every unit so he'd be fine

yer my mate lost his license, was new years day and he'd been out drinking then his uncle had a crash and he had to drive to find his auntie to tell her and he got pulled over.

One of the blokes at work went out one evening for a meal & a 'few' drinks. He got pulled over at 07:45 the next morning & breathalised. He was found to be just over the limit. He was fined & banned from driving for 18 months.

I know a guy who drinks at least 4 pints of Stella after work and drives home each day. Clear in at least 2 breath tests.

stupid bloke. I dont even take my keys with me if I;m going in a pub. Wont even have just the one if I;m driving

I'm with you 4getmenot. Not even a drop if I am driving. As I am always meeting people and am alone, I always drive. Therfore I am not much of a drinker. I do enjoy it on the rare chance I get. Also have a father who is an alcoholic. When I think of all the times he must have driven all of us I shudder.
