If you have young children who wake early you get less sleep.

You go to bed later because of the extra hour, but they wake up at the old time because you can't reset their body clocks.

Luckily mine are older now.

Oh , I just know my dog won't have altered her body clock , she gets her main meal around 6pm and starts the " food stare " at the same time each evening , so tomorrow and some days to go I imagine she will be sitting doing her food stare at me for a whole extra hour , poor dog !

I usually put the change the alarm clock and my mobile phone when I go to bed, and do the rest when I think about it the next day..........or day after lol

I have a Smiths electric clock on which are written the vanished words 'Made in England'

It keeps perfect time but is a devil to start if it has stopped. So I will leave it as it is, and do a mental adjustment.
