Me and the other half started the day doing some painting we kept putting off. Then we rewarded ourselves by going on a little pub crawl around Manchester to pubs we haven't been in before. We went in this pub called the 'footage' an old cinema house. The outside is very art deco, the inside looks very much like they haven't tried to change much of the original features, it still had it's old stalls/ balcony ect.. really original. From there we went in a studenty pub called the 'Oxford' Then we went in a fantastic church called 'The holy name' The interior is huge and fantastic! We got talking about if and when our daughter got married, we would suggest it to her. As in all places that you feel you have to be respectful, sometimes you get the giggles, as we did, but only a bit! We finished off with a bag of chips each!
excelsior - How was the film? I use to go a while back, but got fed up with the films being a let down. One film I did go and see though last year was 'Polar express' in 3d, thought the animation was fantastic and ended up buying the dvd too!
I went to work, and called every name under the sun by the local town nutter who came in totally trollied wanting more booze which I refused to sell him.
to skyep it was like i expected, it went backwards and forwards and also showed how 'jigsaw' came to be the monster he was. it left things open to a possible no5
lol B00 me too :) You usually know the ones who give you grief, i always try and escape off the checkout before they come and give me a hard time. It's the smelly ones that are the worst though, they usually appear right before i go for my dinner :(((
