right, i now have "me" time until tomorrow morning at 10.30 as my little man has gone off with his grandparents. He's such a livewire and chats non stop! Im gonna go upstairs, (once ive finished watching liverpool trounce the toon army) lay on my bed with the telly on and my book and chill to the max! I might even fall asleep!!! So simple yet such a luxury for me. One i don't get that often. Which small, simple things give you so much pleasure! ?? (keep it clean please lol)

Lying in a bath of scaddin hot water with a good book of poetry does it for me.

Hi julie. Whenever i get some time to myself i love nothing better than going for a nice hot bath, getting into my cosy jam-jams and getting into my bed that has been newly changed. With a glass of red wine or a hot choccy and my book.........bliss !

Ah jules, that's lovely! It is nice to get a break sometimes, isn't it.

I love getting in after a cold day and putting the lamps on low, firing my candles up and making a hot chocolate, Lisa style! (Messy, sugary and delicious!)

My favourite simple pleasure is lying on the rug with our dog having a cuddle and a tummy rub (I rub his, not vice versa!)

ooh i envy you beryl...i would love a real fire. My grandparents had one when i was wee, i used to sit for hours in front of it. Strangely enough i still love the smell of coal :))
