my partner and myself stopped using protection four years ago but i have not fallen pregnant has anyone got any sugestions

It may be that one or other of you has a fertility problem - you should both have fertility checks with your doctor or Family Planning Clinic. From there you can assess your future options, but make sure that neither of you attach 'blame' to yourselves, or each other, it is nature taking its course.
