im fat all over
x
hmmmmmmm, maybe, I should be called goose now ???
Never mind, Dove - there's more of you to love! To answer, I believe that everyone's bodies are slightly different down one side.
o honestly ice -my righthand side is decidedly bigger than the other -I have even done a little sway to see if I can dislodge the 'obvious' intruder,.
Nope -it wont budge -think it might be my liver -eeeekkkk.
yes my right side is bigger .
Bless. Your liver's the largest internal organ in your body. I think you'd be "fatter" all over that area if there was anything wrong. Do you have any pain with it? Could even be a hernia, so it might be best to have a word with your doctor. I'm sure it's nothing too bad though.
My right side appears fatter but my stomach is always big. I'm getting myself a hula hoop to try and get rid of it.
Im fine Ice thanks tho -I think that most people would be naturally bigger on the right hand side cos most of your organs are there -and plus my liver does get tested at times (oops)
Hi TB! Well a hula hoop's a good idea, but I found the quickest way to flatten a stomach, is to do a punishing 30 leg raisers, morning and night. After a month, you'll certainly see a difference.
my right leg is fatter .
OMG -they are a killer Ice -we have had footballers in our house and they sit and chat with their legs raised and crossed at the ankle for the entire duration of the visit.

I tried it for a minute and you definately feel it.
Should really do it while i'm on here -chance -none.
Takes me to lift a glass of wine -when i am partaking -lol
Hi IM,

I uced to do leg raises last year and I used to walk 4 miles home from work every night. That kept me quite fit and toned. It all stopped when I got my parking permit and started driving to work. The leg raises went out the window as well. I've turned onto such a lazy cow recently and the chocolate digestives with my coffee don't help much either! lol
Those footballers must be well fit, Drisgirl. Leg raisers are a killer at first, but if you increase the amount you do, each time, it gets a bit easier. After having my kids, I used to lay on the floor, raise my legs about 7 or 8 inches, and hold it for a count of ten before slowly lowering them again, You can feel your stomach muscles working. TB - oh lol!!! I tell you what - I bet you're a happier person once you've eaten those chocolate digestives! Got any left???
Shockingly, I have an unopened packet in the cupboard. They are the 25% less fat ones which is a load of old cr@p in itself. They probably contain more sugar. Lol

I am going to do some stomach crunches and leg raises later though. Thanks for reminding me.
Too right! If foodstuff boasts less fat, you can guarantee it contains more sugar, salt or both! Don't know why manufacturers can't use sugar-free, calorie-free sweeteners. Anyway - good luck with the exercises TB - but if you end up with stomach pains afterwards, it's because you've made your muscles work (not the fault of the chocolate biscuits!).
