i have very light hair, my facial hair is very dark (beard) i mean dark black...i don't look right..is there a way i can make facial hair light also...something permanent like laser..also my brother has dark hair and blonde facial hair...? does this make any sense? thanks

Can you just not shave your beard then no one will even notice.
