Does anyone else on here experience their bra straps constantly falling down??? I cannot find a bra that suits my shape and i find i am constantly pulling up my right strap!!! People have even started commenting on it. Its so embarrassing. Can anyone give any advice or support (haha pardon the pun..)!!!
Yes i have been for a proper fitting Lore, that was my first thought when it started bothering me. I do have a really small cup size though but need a larger one across the back.
sunflower i am sooo glad someone going through this too. i swear my life would be so much easier without these nasty items... first thing i do when i arrive home from work is take the damn thing off!!!
What about those bras that have straps that cross at the back? would that help? I'm the opposite, my shoulders have small dents where the straps sit.
Its so difficult trying to find the right slingshot. I get so annoyed when in one shop I can find my size - in another, same size on the label but when you put it on, it clearly isn't!
Gel strapped?? Not seen these before, do most dept stores sell them? I do wear strapless ones alot, that is some relief at least! Thanks for your help all.
You should be able to get them in big department stores. I got mine from M&S. Just get a bra that has removable straps and gets some gel ones to replace them with. they sell them seperately.
gel straps are ok for a short time but they do cut into you, ive seen somewhere and i cant remember where pad like things that go under your strao for exactly this reason
Oh i think i know the gel ones you are talking about.. they are kind of clear see through things?? I guess they may stick to my skin better. Thanks for that i'll go have a shop tomorrow. Hope on the horizon.
my bra strap usually falls down, but depends which bra i wear as to which side falls down. I took advice and went for proper measure/fittings, firstly at M&S from where i actually brought my bras but they were still not comfortable. So i went to LaSenza for a fitting and they told me I was a completely different size to what M&S told me, so brought a bra from LaSenza in the size they said and still it's uncomfortable. I gave up and just try bras on now when i buy them... different stores/different sizes. But the infamous bra straps still come down after a short period of time.... !!!!!!!!
I totally sympathise. Me too! My shoulders are a bit too narrow and sloped, so I try to buy bras that can cross at the back. Wider straps seem to do it less - but they're way too old-fashioned for a youngster like me! I'm also going to the gym to try to build my shoulders up - what us women do to feel comfortable - men have no idea!
