is severe muscle and joint ache normal when detoxing? All I've given up is coffee, tea, bread and alcohol. At first I got a headache which has now gone but I have quite severe pain from my neck to my legs. any ideas?

When detoxing 'feel worse before you get better' applies, stick with it you should feel better in a few days honestly, but if you don't check in with a Dr.
Everyone who has replied to my queries. thank you very much for taking the trouble to reply. In particular Hellion thankyou, but unfortunately I couldnt stand it any more and had some coffee and guess what my pains went! I'm going to try again though but this time with a more gradual detox and have saunas also. Weird isnt it?
