hair dye by jerome russell

Hi, has anyone ever used any of the coloured (ie, red, blue, purple) hair dye by Jerome Russell. Apparently they lighten and dye your hair at the same time so you don't have to bleach the hair first and I was just wondering how well they worked.

I've never actually used it..but being very very familiar with dying hair..especially colours liek blue and red! I just don't see how it could work. Your hair is lightened with peroxide...in levels...and if they were to add this to the dye..it would lift out all the colour that was in it to begin with. Unless they give you two packs...one with the bleach and one with the dye..I don't know though....sounds kinda sketchy

i used the purple in my hair.i have very dark brown hair.It didnt work very well at all,my hair came out quite a nice purple/pink colour at the roots but the rest of my hair just turned a lighter brown with a hint of purple,I dont know if this is because ive been dyeing my hair a medley of colours over the years and have a build up of old colour still in my hair!!I personally think its a rip off

i did a strand test for that product, and its 'crap'. do not use it, it doesnt work- its uneven, and a waste of money. can neone recommend a good 'poisen ivy' red? (poisen ivy in batman) thanks
