Getting Rid Of Spots
3 Answers
Hi, I've got quite a few spots on my face. I've tried loads of different products and routines. I've tried eating lots of fresh fruit and veg, Drinking loads of water, even getting some cream and tablets from the doctor. But nothing seems to do the trick. My question is, can anyone recommend anything that might help? Thanks.

It stops your skin producing so much oil, and thus clears it up. It takes a while to work, and you do have to be very conscientious about putting it on morning and evening.
Also, I felt that it possibly made it a bit worse to start with, but after a few weeks it really began to make a difference. When your skin starts to look better you have to keep using it to keep it all under control, or it just starts up again. It is nice stuff, and smells ok, not like some of the stuff sold for this problem. Make sure you use your Boots card, as the points really mount up buying this.

kiwi, have you tried quinoderm?
it could be what the doctor gave you but if not you can get it over the counter there are two different strenghts, the cream is very strong on your skin and could leave your face a little dry so need to moisture and it can also bleach your clothes and bedding but its very good stuff
