how do I dye my hair from black to blonde in one try without it looking orange?

You can't, is the simple answer. Hair won't lift that much, go to a professional if you want them to try but to be honest that much bleach will make it all snap off anyway...

I was only asking because if it is naturally black, there is no way you will get your hair straight to blonde. If it is dyed black, there is a hair stripper which the hairdresser can strip the colour out of your hair with and then colour it straight after.

it will take a lot of peroxide and that will seriosly damage our hair if you do it yourself, then even if you have it done professionally it the roots will need retouching every 4 -6 weeks which could end up being very expensive and time consuming.

oh blah blah thats rubbish what you need to do is get a prelightner put that in first it kind of turns your hair a neutral pale blonde then when dry put a light blonde in i did it and my hair was black

I have dyed my hair from black to blonde twice,so here is my advice.You must go to A beauty SUPPLY STORE. Buy a bleach lightening kit. first,you will bleach the hair and it will look orangey. Then,you must use a haircolor to put on top of the orange hair. USE an ASH blonde as your color. ASH will rid your hair of the orange tones.See,it isnt really one step though,cuz the bleach merely lightens it,then you must put the color on top of it. my suggestion is a medium ash blonde color...if that still isnt light enough,wait a month and follow with a slightly lighter ash blonde.Good luck! It can be done...just get a good trim after,and use lots of conditoner,cuz hair will be dry afterwards.
