Electrolysis Machines

Does anyone have a home electrolysis machine, and are they any good? I've heard that they can't possibly be powerful enough to be effective.

you heard right - the amount of current in those machines is nowhere near what you get with electrolysis done in a salon. also i think its quite dangerous - i'm studying electrolysis at the moment and its taken a year to become proficient in inserting the needle correctly. those machines are also unhygienic and most of them won't work on hairs that have ever been waxed, plucked or shaved.
