What is exfoliating?

Can someone explain to me what exfoliating is and how you do it?

getting rid of dry skin and you can use like, exfoliating scrubs with little stones and sutff in or just a bath brush. x

I exfoliate my face & neck once a fortnight. I first wash using Boots No. 7 Facial Wash, then apply Boots No. 7 Exfoliating Gentle Scrub. I leave it on for 2 minutes, then rinse off with cold water & gently pat dry. It really makes my skin feel so much softer & cleaner. Give it a try!

NEVER exfoliate your face when drunk, very bad idea...ouch.

I remember as a little girl , being completely in awe of all the products which my mother owned , for use as part of her skin care routine. One which springs to mind was her peel off mask , which disappeared really quickly because my brother and I used to slap on loads of it , wait for it to set and then run around pulling our "Skin" off like something out of a horror movie ! She must have wondered where it all went !!! Seriously though , she is in her fifties now and still has such beautiful skin and my friends always comment on how youthful she looks. Just goes to show you I guess how important it is to have a good skin care routine.
