I keep getting twinges in the top part of my chest- the flat bit. It doesn't hurt as such, just stops me in my tracks a bit. Any idea what it could be? I will go to the Doc of course, just didn't know if it was urgent. No other symptoms other than indigestion which I have had to start taking omaprozole for- but have had this before I started the medication.

sometimes trapped wind can cause chest pains, i take something similar to yours for excess acid, so that might be a clue but yeh doctors if its worrying you , best to be certain, muscle strain if you have lifted something badly, it does not have to be heavy, ok
