The owner has trained them to....

spot bladder cancer.

What happened to 'Sit' and 'Down boy!'

I hope this makes TV burp.

Do your pets know any interesting tricks, like 'spotting bladder cancer'? 'Diagnosing heart conditions?'
My cat has about 13 words in her vocab. I don't know what they mean though. Maybe 'you' 'need' 'tripplebypass'.

Apparently animals can smell cancers meredith. One woman had a cat who kept pawing a certain spot on her breast (the womens i mean). When she checked she found a small lump which turned out to be malignant. She said if it had'nt been for her cat she would never have known as she never did breast checks.
The next time a dog sniffs my knackers, should I be worried??

hi josie.
I think there should be more early screening for lots of cancers in the UK. How hard would it be to pee in a bottle and have the dog check lots of them.
Would save a lot of money over having treatment done.
Hi meredith,
It has been a know fact for a few years that dogs can smell Cancer.
No idea of the reasoning behind it, but it seems they can.
Well, I hope it DOESN'T get on TV Burp.....because that would just make a mockery of a valid tool to diagnose cancers.
Well said Pasta! Its always been said about animals having a 6th sense. Just think what a bonus it would be for us all.
