"You moan when I am near" - when it's too hot, people moan.

"You moan when I am not" - people moan when the sun isn't out.

"You never hear me speak" - Well, I've never actually heard the sun speak.

"But I can always make you cry" - I'm sure that a really bad case of sun-burn could reduce most people to tears !!
