head tingling

When I watch other people doing certain actions (say bushing a floor, choosing glasses when I worked at an optictions, looking at magazines, a cat washing itself, the list goes on and new things come up, a person using concerntration to do the task seems to be the trigger) I get a pleasurable tingly feeling in my head as if someone was playing with my hair, does anyone know what this is?

You're not the only ones, I get it too, but not EVERY time I'm people watching. I've put it down to just a connection I feel with that person, if that makes sense.

I read that people who suffers with symptoms like you are experiencing, eventually get sores on their head and all the hairs from their entire body, and teeth drops off.
