Format Background but where is Printed Watermark ????

When I go to Format, Background, The box which comes up includes, "more colours" "fill effects" and shoul include "printed watermark" but doesn`t . I have XP and I use this on my lap top . Why isn`t it on my computer or where can I find it. It is on all other computers that I use other places. Also watermark does not appear in my drop down menu when I go to Picture, Colour Control. Any help appreciated.

I think Darcydark is referring to Word.

I do have those options on my Word software (also running under XP) so I can only assume that you don't have "Word" but possibly the word processor available in MS Works ? If you go to Help / About ***** your pc will tell you which package you are using and the version.
