But if you are worried about it or it really makes you feel awkward then go see your GP, but I'm sure it's fine and just because you're growing :)
You know what, I think you're growing and it's probably a small layer of fat, perfectly natural at your age, I mean I'm a teenager myself and I've got enough podge to be getting on with!! Try some gentle stomach exercises if you're REALLY uncomfortable, I would recommend sit-ups, I go to the gym regularly and my stomach has become more toned since I started sit-ups. I would aim for approx 50 each time, start off doing 10-15 and take a 10 second break, then do the next 10 etc, and you'll gradually find it easier. Good luck!!
Also, now I've thought about it... I'm only 21 so not so old that I can't remeber going through all that stuff! And maybe it's water retension, and though this sounds odd make sure you drink lots of water but cut out caffeine and products that a renowned to causing bloating i.e. white bread, gluten, etc. But as long as you enjoy a healthy diet and you obviously do plenty of exercise I'm sure there's nothing to worry about.
Had it been on one side it sounded like a hernia, but if it's symmetrical that's unlikely. But as Hamish said, better to have it looked at in case. If not, it will be natural as powertool said and nothing to worry about. I've got a fairly large bulge where my stomach is and I know exactly what it is sadly, excess fat...
Ehh... I'm 15 too and I have your same problem. I've kinda had it my whole life. I've always been smaller than everyone else, but theres always been a little pudge. A lot of ppl think it's cute. I can't get rid of it. Never have been. Mines even hard so I don't think its fat. I can't suck mine in either. So I don't know what 2 tell ya accept sorry ya gotta deal with it.
