cheers v muchly! it didnt come with an info leaflet, jst the bottle on its own, bit bad really especially as it was from holland and barret!

They don't usually come with a leaflet. St John's Wort does interfere with the pill but flower remedies are fine. I like Bush Flower remedies better.

oh right, ok, thought it was a fault of the shop or something! this is the first time I've tried anything to help with PMS, may try the Bush one if I don't get on with it!
