ABH X2 and Threats to Kill

i went out with some friends for a drink..wewere by the end of the night drunk, we were at a bar and to which i mentioned being half South American as well as British (Football) to which the debate got heated, the bar tender asked us to quiet down to which we did... again we raised our voices towhich the bar tender mutted 'bloodly immigrants" to which i challenged him, as he walked of he mutted "f*** back to the slums" by this time i was drunk and flew in a rage and threw several pint glasses in his direction, although i was drunk, i knew to make sure as to not to hit him, i only wanted to create a mess for him to clear up ! unfortunately shards of glass hit to other members of staff, 1 staff need 5 stiches in the eye brow, and the other in the fore arm.

And according to the guy i was aiming my anger at, said i made a motion across my throat as to say your dead.

i dont recall that and have denied it also.

I admitted in the interview yes i threw the glass to create a mess and i was horrified what happend to his colleges, i that i was disgusted with my behaver, and if i wasn't drunk this would never have happend !!!

i have wrote a letter to the bar explaining this (1week after, as for them to cool down) and have booked my self to see a councel'r soo this will never happen again.

i have pevious which was ABH 3/4 years ago.

What do you think the out come will be, i mean i never ment for any one to get hurt.

can i also mention that it has been passed to the CPS so i'm on bail for 6 weeks then will have to answer it ..

If found guilty after trial or pleading guilty with your previous conviction and the aggravating features (alcohol, reckless,injury to person at place of work etc)magistrates will possibly be looking at custody. This may be suspended plus community order with maybe with a high number of hours unpaid work plus a supervision order. However they may send you to crown court for sentencing because they believe their powers are insufficient.
