hiatus hernia and shaktari ring

hi my mums been diagnosed with a hiatus hernia, but also with a further complication that needs to be treated before the hiatus hernia can be looked at. she said its a problem with "shaktari ring" but i dont know how to spell it, and cant find any info on it, can anyone help, with more about it or the correct spelling so i can look it up
