Hair dye on finger nails.

My husband dyed my hair last night and split the gloves so got dye all over his hands but now cant seem to get it off especially from his finger nails which have turned a bright purple and look like nail polish has anybody got any ideas how to remove it?

Soak his fingers in a solution of diluted bleach until the stains have disappeared, then rinse hands thoroughly under running water. That's what I did & it worked.

Thanks, I told him but he had already removed the stain with SANDPAPER!!!!!

I used rubbing alcohol to remove dye from my mother in law's forehead.
