I started taking Cerazette Jan 2007 & my periods stopped and I also started putting on weight. I decided to stop taking Cerazette in Jan this year & my period still hasnt returned. I am careful whilst having sex but recently had a mishap - could I be pregnant? Any advice is welcome.

Cerazette is a Progestogen type contraceptive (in other words it only contains 1 hormone, unlike the other type of oral contraceptives which contain both types - Progegterone and Estrogen). You are probably safe until you get your periods.
If you wish to see your periods again, then see your physician and get him to prescribe the combined pill.
