It is possible that an excess of caffine intake is causing an adverse reaction in your system - your body's efforts to break down the caffine may be causing the sweating reaction you are suffering. First step has to be the elimination of caffine - substitute water or very weak fruit juice for all your tea and coffee, and see if that has any effect over the next few weeks. Second, try and reduce, or eliminate your nicotine intake, for the same reasons. If you detect no improvement, run the symptoms past your GP, who will be able to refer you for tests to ascertain what is causing this problem.
