my husband is in court 2moz on common assault, one of his family members has txt me and asked me if i have dropped the charges.. he kicked me as he was leaving the house and moving to his mums, he left a large bruise at the side of my knee. he hasnt seen his kids for 3 weeks hasnt even been bothered with them. my solicitor in going for a injunction against him for me, how does this work.

Is it the assault that you are worrying about hun or the fact that you are angered that he hasnt seen or made efforts to see his children.
