got the results of my 7 bloods ...arm is
still bruised ...results are good ...but
my cholestral is too high at 8.3 ..so
back on the low fat ..bran ..yuk diet ...
but i'm pleased that I will live too see
another day !!! Hope you had a good day ?

Think we have all been on facebook all day.
Seems that this site has been deserted.
Are you on meds for your high cholesterol?
Mine used to be extremely high but now down to 4.5 with the help of medications.

No ..the Dr said they are not a good idea
as they have side affects ..so try the diet
option ..

He is right of course. Diet is always better than having to take medication that does have side effects.
I just wish diet did it for me, but it runs in my family, so I was considered high risk.

Glad to hear that the news is good theonlyone. If you can manage it then diet and exercise are better ways to lower cholesterol - good luck.

Hello theonlyone , how kind of you to get bck to me as I had asked about your blood test . Glad you have got the results back and that nearly all were fine . Your cholesterol is high , have you got a family history of it ? Is your gp happy for you to try to get it down by diet , hope that goes well honey.
