The track in question is called Blue State and it's by Paul Leonard Morgan. You can try googling for it, or you can email me at [email protected]. This is the track used for those lovely Herbal Essences ads before Desperate Housewives and also in its entirety in the show 60 Minute Makeover.

i'd been looking for this song for about 3 years and i finally found it......

it's called "Blue State" and it's by Paul Leonard-Morgan.

You can get it on an album called Cafe Mambo Ibiza (2005).
