blackheads

my 11 year old son has blackheads in his ears which are impossible to squeeze. I've tried most of the blackhead cleansers on the market but they don't draw them out. Does anyone have any tried and tested methods for this problem ?

pinus my mum also uses the end of a hair grip - and yes it does flipping hurt, even now at 25 when i come and visit she gets the clip out!! ( i think she is obessed):)
