how much do you pay for babysitting

im thinking of doing some babysitting for extra cash..how much would you expected to pay say for a saturday night from 8pmish until 1ish?

I pay �20 plus a taxi home & free run of the fridge.

baby sitting i think their is a lot of responsibility and its a saturday night, so its got to be anything from 12 quid an hour upwards

�6 an hour, or part of an hour. So 4 hours and 10 minutes costs for five hours.

Our babysitter usually comes just before 8.00 and gets taken home around midnight, and gets �30.

Plus, as Mrs_O says, you have to let them have something to eat and drink.

Sorry, have no idea. We only let close family or ffriends babysit, and they never accept any money for it.

Ice.Maiden. I was just the same. I would never hire a baby sitter and only use close family and friends. But then, you knew I would agree with you about this ;o)

Hiya, well when I get a babysitter on a sat nite usually 7.30 till 12.00. I pay 20.00 - 25.00. paid taxi and what ever they want to eat.
