I got german measles a few years ago. Had toothache in all of my bottom teeth, and earache too. God, it was horrible.

If I'd known someone with a gun, I'd have asked them to shoot me! (Well, it wasn't quite that bad, but you know what I mean).

PS: No unkind comments please, wishing somebody had shot me!

next to that heart bypass surgery.

Not counting childbirth it was having a wisdom tooth removed the dentist literally knelt on my chest to get a good grip of the tooth and ended up drilling it into a million pieces and removing it bit by bit. OUCH
