I type in nudist beaches in a search engine and it gives me sites where there are nude pics of very young people, it's quite disturbing. Does this need to be reported? How do I avoid being accused of being some sort of pervert?

Oct is right ... stay off the Internet. You can't police it all yourself, and I'm sure the authorities have a pretty comprehensive knowledge of what's on there.
Instead of typing nudist beaches into the Web, get yourself down here to Brighton when the weather's warm. We have a nudie beach just along the road.

As long as these nude young people are simply doing what you would expect young people to do on a nudist beach - why do you find it disturbing?
Nudist beaches are usually family beaches - you will see naked people of all ages - from babies to elderly.
There is nothing perverted about a picture of a naked child that is not posed in any sexual or pseudo-sexual way.

Ah. You mean you want to be able to visit sites about nudist beaches without the images being stored on your pc, right? Images of children which could be construed as being "inappropriate"?
The simple answer is that you can't. If you put a family filter on your search engine then none of the site's content will be displayed as the images contain nudity. If I were you I'd call these organisations up and ask for printed literature.
