as some may know-last week I got some lovely trout fillets fromS*********'s......well in date on the pack....only to be knocked over by the whif when I opened the pack!!!....taking advice from another ABer-I emailed their head office...I was very polite.........they have now credited my account with 1000 nectar points...which works out to double the price of the defective fish.....not bad!...I hope someone in stock control got a tongue-lashing-lol!!
