Hello all Upgraded my phone end of March, and beginning of May it froze and wouldn't switch on. Sent it back to 02 who have sent me out a refurbished model of a different colour, which I don't like. They say that because I had my phone over 28 days (albeit only about 10 over) then all I am entitled to is a refurbished model. Im not happy about this and would like a brand new phone as its not my fault the phone broke.
Anyone got any good points I can raise during my next argument with o2 please??
