You read my mind on both points there tigger! I was just sitting here thinking exactly the same about feeling hungry while reloading the page for a third time and getting irritated!!! I've lost almost a stone over the past few weeks (but I'm cheating and taking Reductil) and I'm a bit peckish now as well. I might see if a couple of Crackerbread might do the trick...

I made a curry earlier Abdul. I don't think I made enough though. I don't have much in the way of food in the house and I'm off to Tescos tomorrow to stock up.
I have resisted so far Denise. Although there are a couple of slices of bread dying to jump in the toaster at this very precise time. Lol
Believe it or not, water is very good! (at filling you up). Failing that, have a piece of fruit - you will get a bit of sucrose (fruit sugar), a stack of fibre and very few other calories.

Don't lose heart tigger - a couple of slices of toast and marmite isn't the end of the world. If you've been good apart from that I bet you still lose something this week :o)
Hi tigger , I had a nibble urge and decided to have some rice pudding .....went and burnt it didn't I ...inedible and just left with a burnt pan to clean :-(
