hey! I have an appointment at a rapid access cardiac care clinic tomorrow and do not know what to expect. has any one been to any of these? what did they do? I'm getting a little wound up as its tomorrow and although im glad it is happening im a little nervous!

All the very best firewatch. The unknown always feels scary, but once you're out again, I'm sure you'll think that things weren't as bad as you thought they were going to be! x
All they will do is what is called an ECG (Electrical Cardial Graph) which is absolutely painless, this is to see via a chart any abnormalities in your heart rhythm. Don`t get yourself all `pent up` worrying, there`s nothing to it, I had one done yesterday.

i have had the appointment they found nothing wrong with my heart, which is frustrating as i would like some answers, but i now have a heart monitor for the next few days to record anything unusual.
