My son came home last nite for his dinner, he parked his car and got attacked by a black and a white youth the balck guy hit him badly and he barely got away with his life. police arrived late and as usual talked a lot and the the two youths got away.
the youths then retunred tried to break in to my house banged on my door and shouted they were going to kill us I was scared to death.
My son said he parked his car and as he walked awau towards the house the black youth started to try to open the car door. and when my son asked him he turned on him and his girlfiend saw one of them had a knife .
I feel very bad that I was not there to help him he could have been killed. in this day and age you can not even look at any one just turn your head away and pretend you never saw them. this is a bad country now and a horrible place to live. too many people from all walks of life and world ---- no more english its englistan.

So sorry to hear what you've been through, i cant imagine!

Had your son been involved somehow with these men in the past? If they came back after they attacked your son it sounds like their is history between your son and them.

And i also dont think its nessecary to mention colour or creed.

Boys get involved in fights and trouble whether they be white, black, asian or whatever their race.

how soon did the police arrive after your second 999 call?

and was the knife incident the 3rd or was it part of the first?

if theses are 3 seperate incidents then it would possibly look as if they are targetting you and your son for some reason and its not a 'worng place wrong time' sort of crime.

i too dont see what colour has to do with it? or the last sentance.

Well Nat I dont mention colour but the police do ask if they were balck white greeen or yellow. I have lived in Uk all my life its my home kids born here lived in the same house for th elast 30 years, there is no history beween these people my son doesnt live with me just came to visit me. do they realy need a reason ??? these days.
why would you hit someone. that little biy that got killed outside his house did he realy have reason to be killed ??? who has a right to do that to someone else?? what possible reason can you tell me is needed to attack some one? boy will be boys you say but thats not normal.

reception you did mention colour, it wasnt needed here as we are not the police.

and nat certainly didnt say 'boys will be boys' she suggested that the violence was not connected in any way to the colour of their skin.

By no means do i think or did i state it was normal (so i think the answerbank is pretty much safe.......)

However, i was saying that boys (and girls for that matter), these days, are regulary involved in trouble and my point was that it doesnt matter what colour they are.

I have also lived in the UK all my life as have my parents and i would agree that there are problems within our society regarding knife and gun crime amongest the youths these days.

But i find it odd that these three(?) incidents occured in one night and without motivation... BUT it is possible as you can't trust people these days and it could have possibly been drug linked or something.

redcrx police arrived after 10 mintues but they were asking too many questions and we could see the youths from my house and by the time the police turned there car around they had done a runner!!!
The reason for the last sentence is I have lived here for so long in the same road and it used to be all english people and now there are no english or white poeple on my road and the majourty are black. polish etc and they are all on houseing benifits. and always argueing and spitting on the pavement. This is the things come??/ what do you ?? how would you react if it was your son born and bread in Uk and then got attacked outside his own home??

Obviously i would be horrified if anything of that sort should happen to my family however i would be just as horrified if they had been attacked by a white british person....

Its almost as if you're saying its worse because ONE of the people that attacked him were black... what about his white accomplice? Its simply got nothing to do with race.

i think id be just as concerned whether my child was born in the UK or not.

being born here doesnt give any more rights, your son could live off benefits if he so wished, its not just handed out to others.

if the police didnt act when the other men were still there then put in a complaint. Were the men still outside you house when you called 999 the second time? and did the police find and search them for the knife the 3rd time~?

are you saying that your son is in intensive care? or in hospital. You say he "barely got away with his life" - would this make any charge attempted murder?
i cant belive the police would act this way in a case of attempted murder!

It sounds to me as though there is some sort of feud between your son and the youths.

I also don't understand your constant references to colour, creed and benefit claimants - how has that got anything to do with anything?

Why would the two lads return with the intention of breaking in to your house when they knew you were there and that you had already contacted the police?

no he did,nt drive home i drove.
the lads were breaking into my house regardless they knew i was there was cuz they are not scared of any thing not you not me not the world. and tehre is no feud. do you need a feud to start a fire i dont think so its allomost like you are saying when a person gets hurt they deserve it. a woman gets raped cuz she had some sort of feud with the bloke.

As mentioned above, if he "barely got away with his life", why is he not in hospital...? It was only last night afterall.

Im trying not to launch a personal attack on yourself but the story just doesnt add up. Perhaps you are exaggerating as you are in shock?

Are close enough with your son for him to explain any personal trouble he may be in etc?

btw definately put a complaint into the police. Threats to kill are taken very seriously, as is carrying a weapon, i really dont see why the police didnt grab the guys and then ask questions. That whats theyd do anywhere else.
