Lack of attraction to any particular race is fine - actively pursuing it by word or deed and advising people that you are not attracted to someone simply because they are black or Asian, and for no other reason, then that is racist.

No not at all. Most of My friends find black men attractive and although sometimes they are i normally don't, they seem to like all black men and as soon as they see someone with black skin they go ''Oh he's gorgeous'' just because he has black skin. I mean you don't look at white guys and go ''oo look he's white'' Yea that just bugs me, but I am in no way racist I believe that everyone should be treated equally. Also the fact that you said sorry twice in your question proves that you aren't a racist, otherwise why would you care if you offended anyone?
Yeah, what everyone else said. I'd like to add that pc terms are a load of bull-hockey. Not all african americans are african, not all of them were slaves, not all of them are black! as for the other nationalities (asian/oriental, hindu-muslim/middle eastern, russian/sneaky mother ******), well most of them don't really care. Only the american ones.
I don't find myself attracted to any morbidy obese (ie. fat) people. That doesn't mean I can't befriend them.
