Still he gave us the VW Beetle, without which 3 or 4 afternoons in my yoof would not have been spent at the local Roxy watching Herbie films.

Abdul, you are quite right that no.2 is incorrect but you're wrong about the reason why. The primary colours are red, green and blue.
