Pilates update for Puddicat

Went to pilates on Sat morning as promised, and found it really good, some of the excersies i couldn't do cause my tummy was in the way, like putting my legs over my head nd touching the floor (lying down of course). But the instructor was really good and gave out different levels of exercise to work to. - felt really good afterwards, then went to Aqua Aerobics straight after, in whcihc she worked us really hard, so Spent all day Sunday aching, small price to pay if i loose weight/inches.

I have been doing quite a bit of exercise recently as a way of loosing weight/getting fitter this was just a new addition to the routine. i think that once i have got used to the exercise it will defiantley help, one of the girls has lost a dress size doing it. I would love to do that!!! Although the choc eclair i just had may hinder my progress somewhat. Xxx
